The Telephone Game in Translation

Here’s a silly game to entertain you: the telephone game in translation. You enter some text in English (or another language), then you watch as it gets translated back and forth between languages. Then you see what the text ends up as – it’s just like playing telephone/operator/Chinese whispers/whatever else you might have called it, except with multiple languages.

Along the same lines is this video on Youtube that takes the lyrics from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air and runs them through Google translate (a variety of languages). The result is hilarious. The link to the video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMkJuDVJdTw
It only shows how machine translation will never replace humans and why it's always advisable to use a professional translator.

You're welcome. I love that video. It should be shown to anyone who thinks they can use Google for their translation needs.

Your right Alina machines can't replace humans in terms of translation and correct pronunciations of certain words because humans are still the best when it come that sort of thing...
